3c Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
3/4c Green Lentils
1/2c Brown Rice
1c Corn Kernels, frozen
1c Celery, finely chopped
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1tsp Italian Seasoning
1/4tsp Garlic, minced
1c Cheese, grated
1. Mix all ingredients, except cheese, in a baking dish
2. Cover with foil and bake for 45m at 350F
3. Remove foil, add cheese and bake for 10m
No stirring needed!
This recipe is very versatile - you could add virtually anything to it! It makes a great side or a main dish.
