Another goal hit! Booya!
This week has been a little lax. I had a cheat day on Saturday with Jason's works Christmas Party. (Yes, Christmas party in January) Which included a McFlurry on the way home.
My running is going well. I have made it out for five runs now. I'm doing well and not hating it as much.
I've done a couple outdoor sessions with a friend and a few indoor at my husbands gym at work.
I'm looking forward to hitting 200lbs next week. Or at least trying!
I'm up to three days of work each week now, which is my normal schedule, so that sort of cuts into my running time. I'll have to run three days in a row to make my three days a week... I hope my legs don't hate me too much!
I've been doing well with the healthy eating. I've been having cravings the past couple days but haven't cheated too much.
With the dry weather we've been having, I've been able to get out for some good walks with the little boy I nanny on my workdays. There's tons of hills near work so I've actually found routes that are uphill, both ways, to the park in his area to get a good work out.
